Former Black Stars Player Yaw Preko Loses Younger Brother

Former Black Stars player Yaw Preko’s family is bereaved after his younger brother Kofi Nti passed away.


Nti, also a footballer, reportedly died in his base in the United States on Sunday.

Nti played for the University of Ghana football team during his time at the school. A product of Abedi Pele’s Narnia FC, he captained the side for two seasons and was instrumental in their qualification to the Division One League.

Preko is a former Ghana international who won over half a century of caps for the senior national team, the Black Stars. He has since moved on into management since retiring.
