The NDC’s National Organiser, Kofi Adams, has sued four members of the party and Network Broadcasting Limited, operators of Radio Gold, for defamation.

Adams suit is due to comments passed by the four aforementioned party members on the station during a press conference tackling the reasons behind the NDC’s electoral loss.

The four laid the blame squarely at the feet of Adams, who they described as a “useless National Organiser and Campaign Coordinator.”

They also said: “All Kofi Adams knows is to steal money and cars and disrespect everybody. Our party must investigate Stan Dogbe, Dr Opuni, Omane Boamah, Felix Ofosu Kwakye and Kofi Adams. The campaign money that they have hidden must be collected from them immediately,”

Adams is seeking a retraction and an apology for the comments, and damages to the cost of Ghc 600,000, plus cost of legal fees.
