CEO of the Excellence in Broadcasting Network, Bola Ray, has heaped tremendous praise on VGMA virgin of the year Medikal.

The young rapper was nominated for seven awards at the just ended VGMA’s, but somehow managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory when he went home with zero awards.

But the young star has a lot to be cheerful about, especially having received such a ringing endorsement from a big name in the industry such as Bola Ray.

Speaking on the Live fm broadcast prior to the show, Bola said Medikal was one artiste who he looks forward to meeting, and he thinks he should be pushed as he has done very well for himself so far.

“One chap that I should commend tonight, I’ve never met him one-on-one, I’ve never seen him before, I’m looking forward to meeting him tonight, Medikal is just an amazing chap. Awesome, outstanding, brilliant and I think that we need to urge him on,” Bola said about Sister Derby’s other half.

“That is one person we can actually push on… I think that he’s come to prove it. Big up to his management team for the campus storm and everything that he’s done has also helped.” Bola added.

Unfortunately, Medikal went on to disappoint Bola with his zero awards – but things could work out for him if Bola Ray decides to help push him on.
