A fraudster running a fake Nana Aba Anamoah account on social media has been attempting to swindle girls out of cash and n*de pics in exchange for a chance to put them on tv.
The modus operandi of this unknown operative is to inbox these ladies and engage them in conversation, then entice them with offers of a tv career to get them to do what he/she wants.
Nana Aba Anamoah has gotten wind of the actions of this person and has warned people through her personal profile to be careful.
“My attention has just been drawn to an imbecile using my name to dupe young ladies on Facebook.” she wrote.
“Kindly take note that I do not recruit presenters on social media. I’ve received messages from several ladies who have fallen for this sick character. He or she has been demanding money and nude pictures in exchange for jobs on tv. Be wise!”
