A Colombian woman took the statement ‘cutting off the nose to spite your face’ to a whole new level when she ate $9,000 of her own money just so that her cheating bastard husband would not get a dime of it.

The money was the lady’s entire live savings, which her husband claimed he was entitled to half of. To prevent that, she chowed down every single bill like it was lunch.

The lady in question, Sandra Milena Almeida, was rushed to hospital after she complained of abdominal pains.

She underwent a surgical procedure which led to the retrieval of some of the swallowed bills.

Almeida was forced to take the desperate act because her husband, who had cheated on her, discovered the money and said he was owed half of it. She initially hid the money, but the man found the hidden place, so she ate it as the last option.
