Ghana’s President-Nana Akufo Addo has visited Captain Mahama’s bereaved family together with officials from the CDS.

At the President’s visit, the late Captain Maxwell Adam Mahama was promoted to Major–a position he recently wrote an examination for, GhanaCelebrities.Com has learnt.

The President also said a Memorial Trust Fund has been established by the government with a seed money of Gh¢500,000.00 to Major Mahama’s family–and Akufo Addo made a personal donation of Gh¢50,000.00 to the Trust Fund.

Congrats to the late Major Mahama and we hope even in this time of bereavement, his family will find this honour worthy of taking note.
