Akua Donkor agrees with the NDC position that President Nana Akufo-Addo is directly responsible for the death of Major Maxwell Mahama.

Speaking on Agoo Tv about the incident, Akua Donkor said she believes the President was culpable for Mahama’s death and she’s even ready to testify in court to that effect.

“I am ready to testify against Nana Addo if he sues me for making this claim. He should be blamed for the soldier’s death”, Akua Donkor said.

The founder of the Ghana Freedom Party expressed complete agreement with the sentiments expressed by NDC General Secretary Johnson Asiedu Nketia, who said the death of Mahama could be laid directly at the feet of Akufo-Addo.

Akua Donkor also added that the posthumous promotion of the soldier was useless.

“The position of a Major makes no sense because the soldier is already dead and a promotion will not bring him back to life. The promotion was given to him because President Nana Akufo Addo wants to cover his back” Donkor added.
