Joy Fm’s Manasseh Azure Awuni in a Facebook post has said Stonebwoy who is set to marry Dr.Louisa Ansong, a dentist, is a hypocrite–as he preaches vices and practices virtue.
Manasseh claims Stonebwoy is a hypocrite because he’s gone for a decent woman while he tells Ghanaians to dress almost naked and feature in his videos.
He wrote: “When you do your music, you tell us to dress almost naked and feature in your videos. We twerk and do all the things you want us to do. When it was time to marry, you went for a dentist, who’s dress code is so decent, so different from what you make us portray to the world. What are you telling us?”
And a lot of people who commented on his post called him ignorant and shallow minded. Fiifi Bright commented, saying, “This is just a narrow minded backdated way of seeing things. The ladies that feature in these videos are paid for their services just as you pay a dentist to have your teeth checked. For god sake Stonebuoy is marrying a dentist and not a Rocket scientist. What sort of archaic way analyzing things is this ? Manasseh Azure Awuni people meet fall in love and marry is as simple as that no need to make a certain group feel less because of their chosen career path.”
