No? Well, Nigerian Olympic silver medalist from Beijing 2008, Blessing Okagbare-Ighoteguonor knows that moment.

Blessing Okagbare-Ighoteguonor was making her way down the runway for her first attempt during the Oslo Diamond League on Thursday evening.

She made sure she was behind the board, jumped and landed nicely but then her wig came off as she landed and whipped her head back in the sand pit. Okagbare-Ighoteguonor appeared to notice the embarrassing error when she looked back at her mark which was 6.21m and smiled before picking up the hairpiece and proceeding to slip it back into place like nothing has happened.

She went on to finish seventh.
