Well, this one pulls no punches!

The former captain of the senior national team, the Black Stars, Stephen ‘Tornado’ Appiah – has put many celebrities on blast, declaring that most of them live fake lifestyles.

Speaking with Joy News’ MzGee, the ever stylish Appiah said that most celebrities portray a different lifestyle on social media than what they are actually accustomed to in real life.

According to Appiah, a ‘real celebrity’ doesn’t need to always showcase their ‘lavish’ lifestyle on social media for others to see.

“Some of the comments are very funny to me, people eat in the restaurant and take pictures of their food and post them on social media… if you are a celebrity, there’s no need to do certain things. Some celebrities live fake lifestyles,” Stephen Appiah said.

Appiah added that he uses social media to “inspire people”, before adding that for such ‘fake’ celebrities, if they ask him for something behind the scenes, he doesn’t bother to help them.

“People live certain lifestyles that means they are not being themselves. If I see them posting pictures, acting as big personalities and turn back to ask me for a favour, I will never stretch out.”

Appiah, who was for years respected as a humble leader of the stars, turned out to be not so modest when it comes to fashion.

“I’m so lucky to have a nice physique. I have to blow my horns because I work it out, that is one main thing that describes me a lot, everything I put on looks good on me.”
