DKB has asserted that the most popular song of last year, ‘JM Onaapo’, contributed to the defeat of the NDC in the 2016 elections.

DKB claims the choice of ‘John 3:16″ in the song led to the NDC’s eventual loss.

Speaking on Atinka TV, the comedian said the NDC did not understand the import of John 3:16, otherwise they would not have chosen it.

A better verse, he said, would have been John 10:30.

The verse, ‘I and my father are one’ – would have helped the party score a second term in office.

“The NDC could have chosen the verse John 10:30 rather than John 3:16,” he told the show host, Ama Ofosu Darkwah.
