Actress Christabel Ekeh has revealed that she’s fallen deeply in love with a rich and famous guy of French descent, who has taught her the true meaning of the word.

Ekeh, speaking to Ibrahim Ben-Bako, just could not stop gushing over her new man for two seconds as she kept talking and talking about how love has swept her off her feet.

The actress said before meeting this man, she didn’t really know what love was, and would probably had scoffed at those talking about it.

“I never believed in this love thing until it struck me like thunderbolt.” she said.

Ekeh said the first time they met, the guy kidnapped her – but she eventually escaped and fell in love with her ‘kidnapper’.

“We met in a very dramatic way; I thought I was being kidnapped; I probably was being kidnapped,” she said.

“I was bored and I went somewhere and this guy just whisked me away. In the beginning I was scared, and then I was curious and I found myself in his home and I was curious again”

Ekeh said her then boyfriend came with the police to rescue her from her kidnapper, but she later went back on her own volition when she realised she was in love.

“I thought I should blow the alarm, by then I was dating somebody but I noticed I wasn’t even in love because the person came, he knew something was wrong, he brought in the police, I managed to get out of his hold (the kidnapper), but I went back. That’s why I said I fell in love with my kidnapper.”
