The Supreme Court of Ghana has thrown out the case brought by Alfred Agbesi Woyome calling for a decision for him to be orally examined by the Attorney General to be overturned.
Woyome argued that they’re seeking a review of the judge’s ruling granting the application thus the oral examination should be halted until the review’s complete.
But the nation’s highest court respectfully disagreed, throwing out the Woyome’s application for a stay.
The businessman would thus soon be examined under oath by government’s top lawyer, for him to answer questions on the infamous Ghc 51m.
