A woman in Saudi Arabia was arrested for wearing what many in the Kingdom describe as a ‘mini-skirt’ but which sane people everywhere else call a skirt.
A video circulating online of the woman, wearing the skirt, a crop top and without her hair covered, sparked outrage as many complained she was violating the Kingdom’s strict laws on dressing and morality.
Not long after the video hit the web, the lady in question was arrested.
After a lot of bad press, the Saudis claim she has now been released after being ‘questioned’.
