Bishop Daniel Obinim always has people giving testimonies in his church about the wonders he does. One common wonder is him depositing money in a church member’s account spiritually, via his tried and tested method of dream travel.
Obinim can deposit huge sums of money in people’s accounts whenever he so chooses, yet he still takes money from his church members.
Why is that – couldn’t he just as easily deposit money in his own or the church’s account and save everyone else the offertory?
That’s the questions being raised by Comedian/Musician A Plus, who has been on the case of religion the past few days. A Plus has expressed offence at the preachers who continue getting rich whilst their congregations remain poor – and Obinim is certainly a good example of that.
