Happily married Nigerian actress Monalisa Chinda has admonished African men on how to get their women to treat them well.
According to the actress, women respond well to being pampered and being treated with love and respect and if a man does that, a woman would do anything for him.
Chinda took to social media to share these tips with African men who she thinks do not understand how to treat their women.
“A man must derive pleasure from serving his girlfriend (or) wife. This can only be achieved in a relationship based on true love and mutual respect.” she began.
“A woman becomes even more beautiful and adorable for the man that pampers her. African men (fail) to understand that acts of love and respect bring out the best in a woman.” she continued.
In a later interview over what prompted her post, Chinda said she decided to give out the advice because men don’t really know how to handle women.
“Beyond how a man looks or what he has, what is more important is how he treats a woman. Men are rarely advised on how to treat women in a relationship; most of what you see is advice to women. I just decided to give the men some tips that would do them a lot of good if they follow it.” she said.
