It’s because of such people that a lot of genuine people continue to be refused visas into the UK from Ghana.
Veteran actor, Jagger Pee has disclosed in a recent interview that he once applied for a UK visa with fake documents and he was granted that visa, for 6 months.
Jagger Pee stated that he was compelled to use the fake documents, including invitation letter and bank statements, after several failed attempts to get a visa from the British High Commission.
He told Joy Fm that his father, who worked with the UK Immigration at the time could not even get him a visa–leading him to employ his own dubious means. 
He said he was shocked when he was given a six-month visa to live in the UK in 2001.
“It was illegal but God permitted,” he said.
According to Jagger Pee, instead of visiting the UK for 6 months per the condition of his visa, he ended up staying in the UK for five years.
Jagger Pee was later found by UK authorities and he was deported from the UK, where he said he did several menial jobs, including working in factories to make ends meet. He moved to the UK because life was extremely hard in Ghana, he added.
