Veteran actress Maame Dokono has warned female celebrities that the fact that they have some money and fame does not make them lords over their spouses, and the earlier they learn that the sooner they would have happy marriages.
Born Grace Omaboe, Maame Dokono said patience and humility are the qualities these female celebrities need to get men interested in them.
Many female celebrities in this country have complained about men not approaching them and maybe it’s because they fail the ‘Maame Dokono’ test – they ‘see’ themselves too much.
Speaking on Abusua Fm, Maame Dokono said if you are unable to humble yourself as a woman then forget about marriage.
“Be patient, be humble and stop being arrogant because of the little money you have.” she curtly said.
“If you think you can’t do all these, then why don’t you stay alone?” she wondered.
We are wondering ourselves if Maame Dokono is not aiming some words at this so-called ‘Pepper Dem’ squad.
