Kojo Nkansah ‘Lil Win’ has revealed that he’s on smooth terms with ‘One Corner’ hitmaker Patapaa and that they are working together on a soon to be released single.
The duo reportedly had a falling out after Lil Win released a single titled ‘Corner Corner’ which seemed to be based on Patapaa’s trending ‘One Corner’.
The background to that story was that Lil Win wanted to remix ‘One Corner’ with Patapaa and own the rights to the remix, which was refused by Patapaa’s camp but Lil Win just ‘rebranded’ the single as ‘Corner Corner’.
It caused an alleged rift between the two stars.
But speaking on ‘Daybreak Hitz’ on Hitz Fm, Lil Win said he is on very good terms with Patapaa and that they are actually working on a soon to be released single.
Lil Win also added that he personally believes ‘beefs’ are important in the music genre as they drive up interest, citing M.anifest vs Sarkodie which trended for weeks.
