Veteran Lawyer, Samuel Okudzeto who marked his 82nd birthday recently has revealed some secrets about his healthy active life.
According to the senior citizen who lives as one of Ghana’s oldest Politicians who’s witnessed and influenced the country’s historic growth, he doesn’t even know how a beer tastes like apart from taking a little bit of wine at rare occasions.
Speaking to Paul Adom Otchere on Metro Tv, the one time President of the Ghana Bar Association also said: “I’m not a nightclub person because number one I can’t stand smoke”.

“Why will I be stupid enough to smoke marijuana when I know I know the effect on the brain,” he asked.
On staying healthy and active at such an old age Lawyer Okudzeto disclosed he takes a walk a lot for some years now and he doesn’t take sugar and meat.
