Don Bortey Says Arsenal, Manchester United And Juventus All Tried To Sign Him When He Played U-17 (Video)


Former Accra Hearts of Oak mercurial forward Benard Don Bortey has opened up about the time all the top teams in the world lined up to sign him.

Arsenal, Manchester United and Juventus all wanted his signature after his exploits at the U-17 World Cup in New Zealand in 1999, according to the player.

Don Bortey even claims Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger travelled all the way to Ghana to grab his signature.
