Former member of the hiplife singing group Praye, Choirmaster, has admitted that the group held several talks aimed at a reunion but it never materialized.
According to Choirmaster, he wanted the group to get back together but the others rebutted him anytime he tried and thus they remained broken up.
The feud between the former best friends has escalated since the new year started, culminating in Choirmaster releasing a diss record aimed at the other two.
However, according to him, he actually tried many times in the past to get the group back together.
“Both my manager and Praye’s manager have met before and I remember what my management did was to present a contract to them. But when we met even though they disclosed all the projects they wanted to embark on, they did not give any positive reply,” he said.
Choirmaster said contrary to the public positions of his friends that he is an egomaniac, he is rather the one sincere in trying to get the group back together.
“I’d really want to solve this issue before this year ends. I want to see Praye united although I will still be doing my solo projects. That is what I was working on posting something on 1st January, which was misconstrued by them,”
