The biggest news item in Ghana at the moment, in case you’ve been hiding under a rock, is the official unveiling of ‘dancehall king’ Shatta Wale as the latest act to join the all conquering Zylofon Media.
Wale has signed a three year deal to join the company owned by the uber rich Nana Appiah Mensah.
The congratulations are flowing in for Shatta for a massive move, and of course Zylofon are not being left out for revolutionizing the game.
UK based Ghanaian music duo Reggie ‘N’ Bollie are making their voice heard. The duo also sent out their congrats to the label for signing Wale, who they describe as one of the biggest exports out of Ghana.

The duo, after exploding on X-Factor and landing a deal with Simon Cowell’s Syco, were later let go and are currently on their own. Pretty sure they wouldn’t mind a call from Nana Appiah Mensah right about now.
