Lo and behold Ghanaian most controversial dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has been signed onto the Zylofon Media label just this afternoon at the Zylofon Media office in Accra-East Legon.
From all indications the contract is a juicy one judging from earlier media reports. Shatta Wale’s welcoming into the premises of  Zylofon Media was really an unprecedented one judging from the mammoth crowd who waited patiently to catch a glimpse of him.

Shatta Wale addressing media personnel at the short ceremony debunked claims suggesting that he can never work with anyone or label including Zylofon Media.
He added that it’s a bad perception people have created about him judging from his temperament and how he does his things but promised to prove his critics wrong by sticking to the clauses in the Zylofon Media deal.

Shatta Wale obviously has been tamed by the Zylofon Media deal as he disclosed in an interview with Arnold Asamoah Baidoo that he will polish his ways to fit the Zylofon Media brand.
Shatta Wale refused to disclose the amount involved but admitted that it is a good deal to him.

So from now onwards, Shatta Wale is a signee of Zylofon Media and interestingly, they’ve promised to make him an international artiste.
