Shatta Wale has always had a loud mouth aka ‘Gbee Naabu’ and one would think in such sensitive times he would learn to curb it but alas, he never learns.
This is not the time for him to be blowing up and making callous remarks as calling for Ebony to be given ‘cemetery awards’. And if you follow the tangent of his comments you can see they were only made out of jealousy.
The whole fracas started due to a Joy Fm studio discussion concerning Ebony’s passing and the upcoming VGMAs and who could win artist of the year.
One of the pundits noted that Ebony had topped all charts for the year and deserved to win, a quote with Joy’s social media team put up on twitter and mentioned Shatta Wale.

“In the year 2017, Ebony topped the charts and generated all the headlines more than @ShattawaleGH did.” the tweet read.
An annoyed Wale tweeted back at Joy, somehow accusing them of killing Ebony and asking them to give her the ‘cemetery award’.
