Ebony's Death Saddens My Heart — Shatta Wale

Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has indicated that Ebony’s death saddens his heart and has therefore sympathized with the bereaved family.
Ebony died together with two others in a gruesome car accident at Mankranso in the Ashanti Region on Thursday, February 8, 2018.

According to the official police report:
“Ebony’s car on reaching a section of the road between Nyamebekyere and Nsuta, there was a heap of sand in the lane of Ebony’s Jeep, and her driver, in trying to avoid running into the sand, swerved onto the opposite lane and grazed the near side portion of a VIP bus and plunged into the railings at the edge of the road, killing the music star as well as Francisca Nkansah Kuri, aged 27 years; and Lance Corporal Vondee Francis Atsu, aged 29 years”.

Shatta Wale in an interview with Moro Awudu on Class FM said, “It is so sad. You know, after I heard this about her, man cannot even do anything. A young girl and she just died like that”.
The death of Ebony came as a shock to her family as well as Ghanaians and have expressed their sentiments and sympathy towards the bereaved family especially the father.

Shatta Wale sharing his condolences with the bereaved family said, “I want to tell her family [that] we are all sorry. It’s so sad and we need to believe in God”.
