Ghanaian controversial boxer, Braimah Kamoko a.k.a. Bukom Banku has called for a postponement of the fight between him and Bastie Samir which was scheduled to come off on the 30th of June 2018.
Bukom Banku, thinking about how he was beaten and knocked out by Bastie Samir in the 7th round during their previous bout said he doesn’t want to repeat the same mistakes again.
Speaking to UTV in an interview, Banku pleaded with organizers to kindly shift the match to 26th December in other for him to prepare well.
He said; “I want the fight with Bastie to be postponed. Because I don’t think the June 30 date will help me.
“I need to fight at least two fights to regain my stamina and be ready for Bastie Samir. I made a mistake in the first fight which allowed him to defeat me but this time around I am doing everything right.
“I want December 26 as the new date. It would be boxing day and a perfect day for the fight,” he requested
