Wisa Greid, the “Ekiki Me” hitmaker who was found guilty of indecent exposure for he showing off his p*nis at Citi Fm’s 2015 “December To Remember” is now a free man.
Finally having a Meek Mill feeling, the musician says he’s now free from the “hellish” experience and he’s lost a lot because his career almost failed due to his indecent behaviour.
Earlier today, a verdict was passed to end his 2-year court battle where he was fined Gh8,400 or face a 2-year jail term if he defaults. According to a Citi Fm report, Wisa at that moment said he could only cough out Gh5,000 and pleaded the court to pay the rest within 2 weeks.
The Court then optioned to grant him a bail on Gh10, 000 which he didn’t exactly agree to, so he was kept in custody. Not long after the news of his verdict was published, Media Personality, Halifax Ansah Addo and his Management, Black Avenue Music came to his rescue to pay off the fine.
Update from D Black, who owns BAM states that Wisa is now free which means the fine has been paid and he’s been released from custody.
The Ga singer has also taken to social media to thank fans for their support and promised not to do it again “Thank u all for your support. It’s been a hellish experience for me these past 2 years. Out of unexplained excitement and my childishness, I lost so much and almost failed as an artist …” read more via his Instagram post below.

Thank u all for your support. It’s been a hellish experience for me these past 2 years. Out of unexplained excitement and my childishness I lost so much and almost failed as an artist. I disappointed my fans but never again. Thank u Black Avenue Muzik’s D-Black & Cedis and the our friends at the Ghana Tourism Authority for sorting my fine out and all my friends for supporting. God Bless us all.
