Ghanaian born Italian football player Mario Balotelli of course is no stranger to controversy himself but even he cannot fathom what is happening to rap icon Kanye West.
West in recent days has been making some very questionable claims, one especially centred around him describing African Americans staying enslaved for 400 years as a ‘choice’.
“When you hear about slavery for 400 years… for 400 years? That sounds like a choice”. Kanye had said on TMZ.
Mario Balotelli has lashed out at Kanye for those comments, calling him ‘brainwashed’.
In a post on social media, he shared a photo of Kanye and wondered how he could utter such comments.
“What kind of bullsh*t is coming out of your mouth? Really? Slavery was by choice? Brother, seriously, who brainwashed you?” Barwuah wrote on his Instagram story.
