The member of Parliament for Lawra and Deputy Minister of Roads and Highways, Anthony Karbo, has been grilled by officers of the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service.

Karbo, who was incorrectly reported to have been picked up last week, did have to face the music today (Monday).

His name is alleged to have popped up in the yet to be released exposé by the investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas.

Anas and his team captured GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi on tape soliciting for cash to bribe, among others, the President and his vice.

Karbo’s name is also said to have popped up in that video.

He met investigators from the CID department in the presence of his counsel and answered questions concerning the video.
