Kwesi Nyantakyi has resigned from his position as head of the Ghana Football Association.
Following the upheaval of the past few days, stemming from the ‘Number 12’ documentary of Anas which was previewed on June 6th, Nyantakyi has finally stepped down from his role.
His resignation comes after the President initiated steps to dissolve the body and Fifa banned him for 90 days provisionally.
The decision was announced at a meeting of the GFA’s executive committee held Friday.
