Ghanaian actress, entrepreneur, movie producer and a model, Yvonne Nelson has disclosed that she has never dated a man because of the wealth he possesses but because of true love.
According to sister Nelson, ever since she started dating, she has never dated any man because of money. And she added that she dating Jamie, her baby Daddy because of the love she has for him not because of how wealthy he is.
Giving credit to her point, she said, dating a man because of his wealth will give him the chance to reduce the respect he has for you.
“If it were a wealthy or richer man, it’s easy for some of us but it’s not about that. Why do I have to work hard? I would work hard and look for a man with money. I don’t need a man to feed me and pay my bills every day…” she said on Joy FM’s “Personality Profile” with Sammy Forson on Thursday.
“With Jamie, it’s been, pure love. Don’t date people because of money. He might not even respect you and you can’t question them. They pay your bills and you shut up…” she said.
