These days the latter day generation of pastors, young men who are charismatic and form their own churches and run them like a business operation, are able to get away with anything they do.
These pastors, in the Owusu Bempah/Obinim mould, often not only milk their congregation dry of any money they have but more often than not, they chop many of the ladies in the church.
Bempah himself is probably a smooth chopper, having been married three times and Obinim we know once fired a junior pastor’s wife.
Thus unsurprisingly Bempah has come out to defend promiscuous pastors, with the defence that even people God favoured in the bible were promiscuous.
Bempah pointed to Jacob, the father of Israel from the Bible, who not only banged both wives but their handmaidens as well.
He added that God’s way are not the ways of man therefore it would be stupid to leave a church simply because your pastor is promiscuous.
“I am not encouraging people to womanize or be promiscuous, I want people to understand that God’s workings are different from Man’s workings. Whoever understands this will not blame men of God for such actions.” he rationalized.
