Ghanaian Highlife musician Gladstorm Kwabena Akwaboah Jnr known in Showbiz as Akwaboah has revealed that he had no option than to jilt his girlfriend because of her insecurities.
The versatile songwriter indicated that his girlfriend was scared he [Akwaboah] would jilt her judging from his kind of job and for that matter couldn’t stick to her.
Akwaboah even though wasn’t expecting a breakup but had to take a bow because of his partner’s insecurities.
“It’s not like this is what I’m looking for but it feels like we have to let it go,” he said.
Akwaboah in an interview with Becky on E with Becks on Joy Prime observed that;
“The mistake that we make sometimes as artistes are sometimes we don’t study the people that we are with before we start falling in love with them.”
Akwaboah also disclosed the inspiration behind his recently launched album “Matters of the Heart”.

He explained that his 12 track album touches on relationship issues which no one finds the need to discuss.
It features artiste such as Sarkodie, Strongman Seyi Shay from Nigeria and the likes.
