A family member of the then Ghanaian celebrated rapper, Okomfo Kwadee‘s led Atuatedom music group has debunked claims that their leader has been neglected at a rehab centre for years.
Peter said on Class 91.3 FM’s Touch of Class when the host Natalia Nana Ama Andoh called to interview him as to whether the rumours speculating on various media platforms was true.
“There is no way our leader will be abandoned in the rehab centre for four years. I read the story myself this morning and it said since 2013, Our family has visited the rehab centre… Kwadee was at the 2016 RTP Awards, so, calculate from 2016 to 2018, is it four years?” he asked.
“I don’t know when you’re doing this programme again, I can arrange for you to talk to him (Okomfo Kwadee) yourself and at least it would be able to clear so many doubts. I was really shocked when I saw the story. I can tell you Kwadee is very okay,” he said.
