“CCTV” by King Promise which features R2bees’ Mugeez and Ghana’s fastest rapper Sarkodie currently is no doubt one of the banging songs in Ghana.
The artist who is on the record label of Legacy Life Entertainment , has disclosed the inspiration behind his hit song.
King Promise in an interview with Kwame Bee on his afternoon drive show on Kasapa Fm revealed that he got the inspiration from R2bee’s “Walahi” song which was released in 2013 and this encouraged him to write a song with similar lyrics.
He stated; “‘Walahi’ has been my inspiration and that is how I came about CCTV because I thought of doing a motivational song to speak with my people.”

“CCTV” which was produced by legendary beat maker Killbeatz has not just not topped the chart of the playlist of many radio stations in the country but in the month of June, it was rated number one on the Musicians Union of Ghana top ten most played songs on the radio.
