It was reported that the CCTV hitmaker, King Promise left the stage during EMY Awards 2018 held at the Kempinski Hotel last Saturday, August 18, 2018, in Accra.
Many believe the artiste walked out because he lost the discovery of the year award to the Lynx Entertainment signed artiste, Kuami Eugene.
But according to Counsellor Lutterodt, it was not only King Promise who walked away but many others also left the event centre.

“King Promise was probably going for a show or another event, so stop connecting his exit from the scheme to he losing out to Kuami Eugene, for the award,” he said in an interview with Arnold Elevanyo during an interview on Zylofon FM’s Showbiz Agenda.
