Reports reaching GhanaCelebrities.Com indicate that veteran filmaker Shirley Frimpong Manso has quit her job as Chief Operating Officer of TV Africa.
Shirley Frimpong Manso and five other executives of the company have stepped down due to increased worker agitation over not being paid for the past couple of months.
According to info we’ve gathered from sources close to the station, Shirley, CEO of Sparrow Productions, has decided to step down.
She is joined by five other senior managers of the station.
Shirley joined the station earlier this year to head a new rebranding effort, but resigns less than a year into her role.
