The Grand Finale of the 2018 edition of the Miss Universe Ghana pageant was held yesterday at the luxurious Labadi Beach Hotel and was broadcast live on Joy Prime TV from 7:00 pm.
The event was organized by Maltz Promotions, which is led by Menaye Donkor, who is also a former winner of the competition gave patrons what can be described as a good show.
The Show had good music, talent displays, intellectual contest and a show of some great outfits. King Promise, Adina and a host of other singers were there to give the contestants, judges, and patrons the best tunes from their individual repertoires to spice up the night.
The search for Miss Universe Ghana 2018, also known as ‘Ghana’s Next Sweetheart’, began a few weeks ago with over 200 ladies.

Ten contestants managed to pass the numerous tests and came to the finale to battle it out for the only ticket to represent Ghana at this year’s Miss Universe international pageant in December.
Each of the 10 finalists represented one of the 10 regions of Ghana and tried to reflect the qualities of a true Ghanaian lady.
Akpene Diata Hoggar from the Brong-Ahafo Region who is a model, blogger, and entrepreneur and also aspires to become a global change agent emerged winner of the 2018 edition of Miss Universe Ghana.
