According to the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong, Ghana is not progressing because of these four groups of people in the country.
The controversial politician and business tycoon speaking on Adom TV’s “Badwam” stated that Ghana has not progressed since Independence due to the activities of politicians, pastors, Chiefs and journalists.
“There are four institutions that are hindering the progress in Ghana – Politicians, clergy, journalists and chiefs,” Kennedy Agyapong said.
He added that these groups have nothing better to offer the country, all they do is to take advantage of Ghanaians and ‘milk’ riches out of them for their personal gains.
The vocal Legislator believes that Ghana needs good politicians who can manage the economy to the betterment of all and not some sort of fasting and prayer.
He believes that fasting and prayer as proposed by Archbishop Duncan Williams won’t solve Ghana’s economic crisis. He also advised Ghanaians to study the Bible themselves to avoid being deceived by fake men of God.
