Ghanaian Celebrities Turned Paparazzi…Who Leads the Race?

Yvonne Nelson currently in London
Yvonne Nelson currently in London

We can look at this increasing phenomenon with two lenses, that is; it may feel bad as a celebrity or what others call a ‘local champion’ in your own right and then when you struggle to step out of your country—no one recognises your status. If this is the order and you have one of the bloated egos of some of our Ghanaian Celebrities—you would become desperate to pull in certain tricks, just to feel relevant.

The other way of looking at this is that, all these people are really not celebrities—and increasingly, they’ve bought into the unwarranted hype we give them to make money from their butts, so when the reality sets in while away, they fail to accept the truth since their judgements are clouded by the delusion. This sets them off to do what they believe should be done for them. This is a matter of a person believing in his or her own lies—pretty dangerous.

Being a celebrity sucks but from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, celebrities take pride in their status and love the accompanying attention—either good or bad.

When it comes to places with well established celebrity/pop-culture, we have a whole industry of aggressive photographers who follow (literally stalk) celebrities all around, taking photos of whatever they do and selling these photos to the media—ranging from the blogs to the numerous TV stations.

Even in these established celebrity/pop culture societies, the celebrities play some basic tricks to grab more attention or stay in the media. Celebrity blogger-Perez Hilton said in an interview some few years back, that the celebrities tip off the paparazzi where they are eating or hanging out, so that these photographers will rush to find them.

He Has Slept With Over 15 Women & He is a Damn Hero | I Just IMAGINED Doing the Same & I Am Tagged a Prostitute

black woman

I do not like to come on here always upset—as many may begin to call me an angry black woman, especially the men.

But since my circumstance which usually pushes me into frustration has not changed and the world we live in today is full of cotton headed men, I guess you will be reading a lot from me in this tone—things will change when some goddamn aliens descend from outer space and take away all the waste of time men who keep getting on my nerves.

In fact, I don’t really care if you think of me as an angry black woman—you don’t even know me so who gives a toss? Whatever it is that is currently going through your mind about me is your damn problem.

I have my own issues and surely you do have yours too. If you want to leave your issues unattended to and appoint yourself the moral police or the person in charge of counting upset people in the world without pay, then good for you.

For me, I freaking much do not care how you use your time and energy since all what some people do nowadays is to sit and judge people—without knowing the sort of hardship and nonsense they’ve been put through.

Before jumping to my main subject, let me clear the bushes by telling the men who may be lucky to be reading me the hard truth, albeit the awkward gospel, which many women do not tell them, making the men think they are always the winners—when in fact, they get used all the time.

Men think (I will not say some because all of them do and if you are offended, go and jump into the red sea) they are far smarter than women. And they seem to think they define who gets used in relationships—mostly, placing themselves as winners.

What these men forget is that, women are also human beings and just as they have the human feeling to want s£x sometimes, if not all the time, women do too. The only difference is that, we are extensively smarter than them and when we want it, we do get it but in a diplomatic and cunning ways such that, we retain our pride.

Few years ago, I was having fun with an area guy and yet he thought he was playing me. He had a girlfriend at Dansoman which I didn’t care. Even if he told me, I wouldn’t have mind but he kept pretending—all along thinking he was playing smart.

Where Can I Also Find that Son of a B*tch Called MUGU as a Boyfriend?

Sandra Ankobiah
Sandra Ankobiah on Holiday

Perhaps I was born with little or no luck and I definitely have to blame my hopeless mother for not letting the local priest baptize me when I was born, instead, I had the now not so common home christening. My father couldn’t afford the white garment needed for the church service for them so they opted to do their little thing at home. I don’t even understand why she was messing with such a broke man.

I wouldn’t be working like a donkey and still be broke if she was more smart with her choice of men. I can hardly afford enough credit on my mobile phone to call this same mother after having called my boyfriend who can’t afford to buy the credit for me but expects to be called regularly.

In fact, his expectation does not even upset me as much as when he does the usual Ghanaian thing-flashes me, expecting that I will call back in the next second.

Things are hard in Accra and even with a University degree, things are not getting any better and my salary has not increased in the last 3 years. Yet, the gutter side Wakyee seller who I used to buy from each morning has increased her prices more than 10 times.

Nowadays, instead of buying the morning Wakyee each day as I used to—I only can afford it on Fridays and recently, she had the stupid nerve to ask me why she doesn’t see me more often. Maybe if she cuts down on the rate at which she increases her price, she will begin to see more of me.

Of course I couldn’t tell her that so I told her, I only eat Wakyee’s on Fridays to go with the gradually spreading ‘local Friday’. Instead of wearing just a Ghanaian print on Fridays, some of us have stolen it as an excuse to cover our inability to afford everyday Wakyee.

Girls are sweating even when it is raining in this part of the world. It is difficult to even be a lady as you have to fight the men for everything, the usual morning struggle for seat in ‘trotro’ at Kaneshie has become so normal to me and until my friend visited from London recently, I couldn’t remember the last time I was in a taxi.

Talking about ‘trotro’, I think the new set of ‘trotro’ men should stop asking for a woman’s number if they are not ready to even pay her fare. I wouldn’t mind trading my phone number each day for a free ‘trotro’ ride to work. But these guys wait for you to pay the damn fare and then they proceed to ask you for your number. The last time, I told one of them I do not have a phone so he should give me his phone and then he can call me on it later—you can’t imagine how quick his face changed.

That was just by the way, so let me dig into why I am writing this—and as you can see, I am damn frustrated about my current situation. If you are a woman in my shoes, you better be happy I am on a search for an answer for all of us because ‘Girls Abr3’.

Even though I am not a TV star, I believe I am far beautiful than most of the women I see on my TV. Maybe the picture quality of my TV is a little messed up as it is nearly 10 years old but my mirror tells me I will beat most of these girls in any beauty pageant—even if judged by blind corrupt men.

F*ck it, who cares about who is beautiful nowadays—it is all about who has that ‘MUGU’ in her purse. And by ‘MUGU’, I mean the somewhat derogatory Nigerian ‘word’ which has come to mean; a stupid man with a lot of money that can easily be talked into giving a lot away.

CHRIS-VINCENT: Was it a 3Some or I Just Got PLAYED?

panties

Let me tell you the real truth about 3somes; it remains the most wanted and admired adventure in the books of many men—but woe unto that man who suggests it, he may find his balls dancing on the nearby electricity pole.

For the women, there are some few freaky ones who entertain the 3some idea but most of these inward freaks are not brave enough to throw their wild and unusual desire on the table, because of the hovering fear of a potential backlash from the men they are with.

For some few lucky bastards like some guys I know, they’ve been able to talk their way through the 3some route—and though the many people I’ve heard talk about this experience did not have much to say about the fun, it still remains what most of the guys on the block desire, and of course some women too.

I’ve not had a well strategized, planned and scheduled 3some—yet, but it seems I was part of a certain 3some some few years ago with two beautiful girls in a way I did not expect. This better be what it was since the alternative reasonable explanation is; they f*cking played me…

I was young and the desire to f*ck as much as I can was at its peak—and I had access to a lot of young horny women. I am talking about my College days. Even though I was camped at a coastal boys’ school-Adisadel College—that was not enough to subdue the ‘boy on heat’ syndrome…

Back at Adisadel College, we had so many virgins in our midst and they lied to themselves and the rest of us anytime we returned from vacation, telling us about how many girls they managed to pull their panties off. We knew the virgins and therefore we could see through all the lies. Some of us did not have to say anything, we had our campus credibility intact—and it extended to Ghana National College, Holy Child, Aggrey Memorial and the other Cape Coast schools.

Let’ me leave the on-campus talk and take you to the event that has haunted me up to this day—not knowing what to call what happened that night makes it worse for me.

So I managed to lie to my housemaster nicknamed-Apam Broni, for permission to come home that weekend, citing the fact that I was broke and needed to get some money and provisions from home as my reasons. What my housemaster didn’t know was that, I was always broke. My mother was not based in Ghana and therefore, before I even go to school, my pocket money was gone.

I got home without any plans, nevertheless, I was excited to be home—and you cannot imagine how happy I was when one of the area girls who attend Accra Girls blew my phone ( I will refer to her as ‘A’, hereafter). I told her I was not on campus—I just got home.

She was also in town with her friend ( I will call her ‘E’)—this is the friend she told me sometime ago she was going to hook me up to. I asked if they could come around after they finish with whatever they’ve ran out of school to do in town. I saw it as the perfect opportunity to meet this friend of hers—and she said; sure…

Hours later, I checked my Casio wristwatch and it was almost 6pm….I said to myself these girls were not going to show up, so I better find something to do for this Friday night that I am not on campus with those annoying friends.

Few minutes later, my Siemens phone rang and it was A’s number—her number had a double 2 and a double 4 as the last 4 digits. I just hope she is not reading this now…

‘A’ turned up with her friend ‘E’ and we sat by a road side spot, sipping on 3 bottles of Malt and some ‘Chinchinga’—all paid by me. After all, I was not that broke as I made my housemaster to believe. A’s friend was really shy and she said little to nothing. It was later I realized her Twi was not that good, she was a hardcore Ga girl and since I couldn’t speak one line of Ga, we stayed with English.

At around 8pm, ‘A’ suggested they find a hotel to stay for the weekend and I agreed to find and pay for the hotel for them. Not that quick, she was going to invite her boyfriend to come over and I was going to stay in the second room with her friend-E.

Hello Vincent,

Kudos on the excellent work you are doing in Ghana. I’ve been following your blog for a while now and I must say I really appreciate the work you do and how you say things as they are with no bias whatsoever.

You know its funny how some  of these so called “celebrities” think they can do whatever they want in the dark and get away with it? I have some very interesting information about Maria Nepembe a Namibian and former housemate of the Big Brother Africa Series. She is a professional **** and a home wrecker.

D-Black and Doctor Wife
D-Black and Doctor Wife

Maria started having an affair with Dblack right after she relocated to Ghana and this has caused a separation between him and his wife (Yaa) who is a well respected doctor in Tema.

The marriage has gotten so bad and things took a major turn when Dblack casted her in his new movie. They are now on a verge of divorcing all because of this wh**e who has exported her home wrecking trade from Namibia to Ghana.

Upset Family of Janet Bandu, the Girl Who ‘Disappeared’ With Castro Says There is a Foul Play + Asamoah Gyan ‘Murdered’ Janet Bandu & Castro | Says Asamoah Gyan’s Girlfriend Who Was At Ada is Hiding SOMETHING Important

Janet Bandu
Janet Bandu

Over a month ago, we were slapped with a shocking news that Ghanaian musician-Castro De Destroyer and his alleged girlfriend-Janet Bandu had disappeared while jet-skiing in Ada, a weekend away from home organised by Ghanaian football star-Asamoah Gyan.

Today, Janet Bandu’s father has alleged that, he thinks his daughter-Janet Bandu and Castro were murdered by Asamoah Gyan and his group of friends—and his suspicion comes from the fact that a certain Alberta (alleged girlfriend of Asamoah Gyan) who claims to have invited Janet Bandu to Ada has been behaving cunningly and throwing into the air various inconsistent stories.

Speaking on Neat Fm this morning, the family of Janet Bandu said, Alberta must come out to tell them where their daughter is—and that, since their daughter disappeared, this Alberta or Asamoah Gyan and his people have not come to even see them.

The family of Janet Bandu wants to know the truth, and this brings to force the recent question a certain journalist asked in relation to this same story that fetched him some heavy beatings

The family claims that since Janet Bandu and Castro disappeared, Asamoah Gyan and those who claim to have been with these two people have not even come to see the family at all. The family also wants Asamoah Gyan arrested for proper interrogation—and that up to now, no one has questioned Asamoah Gyan who took the two people to Ada…

The father of Janet Bandu asked if Asamoah Gyan is above the law in Ghana or what?

It seems someone is hiding something and the stories do not just add up.

A Journalist Asks Asamoah Gyan a ‘STUPID QUESTION’ in Ghana & He Gets Beaten? | The Animalistic Behaviour of Third World Citizens

Asamoah Gyan-Captain of Black Star
Asamoah Gyan-Captain of Black Star

Few days ago, it emerged that a certain journalists with Daily Graphic- Mr. Daniel Kenu had asked Ghana’s Black Stars’ captain-Asamoah Gyan a “stupid question” and apart from the fact that, Asamoah Gyan and many others were angered by the question—Asamoah Gyan’s older brother-Baffour Gyan was later reported to have gotten the journalist beaten/assaulted, by some macho men he hired.

As a strong Human Rights advocate, the above makes me wonder what sort of animals some of us are or have become, at a time when we are relentlessly fighting to move away from such barbaric happenings…

From what I’ve heard, the ‘absurd’ question the journalist asked was to get a confirmation or otherwise from Asamoah Gyan on whether he actually “sacrificed” his friend-Theophilus Tagoe popularly known as Castro for riches—considering the mystery surrounding Castro’s recent disappearance at Ada.

This question may seem unnecessary in relation to the timing but no one can totally ignore the fact that the hovering superstitions and speculations somewhat make this a valid question—and if a journalist wants to ask, he has every right, be it legal or moral to ask.

Asamoah Gyan has a RIGHT to answer or choose not to answer and for a person in his position, answering the question even if he thought it was absurd would have been the best option.

I do not think it would have taken much of his breath or taken anything away from him to have just answered with a smile by saying; that is a far-fetched superstition and nonsense; I do not know anything about this and I can never do this to anyone, talk of my own friend I love.

It is interesting to know that Asamoah Gyan has played and stayed in the United Kingdom before—and currently plays and stays in a foreign land where you have some very provocative press men well protected by Press Freedom or Freedom of Speech who could have asked this same question. And I wonder if he would have treated them the same or his brother would have proceeded to have a journalist from UK’s Mirror or Sun Newspaper beaten for asking this same question.

Such occurrences do not just bring to light our poor understanding of the most important RIGHT we may have as human beings, Freedom of Expression but also, it puts to test how much we’ve developed out of the animal skin—and more importantly, how we believe those whose words offend us must be treated.

Ghanaian Celebrity Brands | As Cheap as Toilet Paper

John Dumelo and Yvonne Nelson
John Dumelo and Yvonne Nelson

The concept of celebrity branding is deeply misunderstood and have no real connection with reality in Ghana—and even though I am yet to locate any commanding celebrity brands in Ghana, I know countless celebrities who are dead right they have powerful brands.

The test of a strong brand, be it corporate or personal is not what the owners think of their establishment, but how eager others or respected brands want to associate themselves and their products with that particular brand…

I wouldn’t mention any of our celebrities who claim to have a brand, though non-existing, because, I do not for sure want anyone thinking I am taking a big hit at him or her—and secondly, because, every one of our stars claim to have a brand, including, Kyeiwaa…

The reason why branding is key in marketing is that, proper branding does not only result to increase in sales of a product but other products associated with the brand. To me, this is where you are able to separate the chaff from the goodies…

At the international front, most well branded celebrities will sleep in the most expensive hotels anywhere in the world for free— and the hotels will be more than happy to give them all they want for free. Reason being, they want their hotel brands to be associated with such personalities to amplify the incoming sales.

I can’t think of any hotel in the world (including our little Ghana) that an actor like Denzel Washington’s team will write to and request a free one week stay in return for the hotel being able to advertise on their website that Denzel stayed there—and the hotel will refused. In fact, the hotel will even offer to pay him for the free stay. This is the power of a well placed brand.

When we talk about branding, our Ghanaian celebrities are so convinced beyond reasonable doubt that they have well intact brands when they cannot even score a free hotel stay for themselves in the cheapest hotel in Accra.

The real benefit of being a well branded celebrity in any part of the world is the fact that, you do not have to pay for what the ordinary “Joes” will have to pay to acquire—and this is because, business owners have faith in your brand and want to have that sort of association.

I know countless Ghanaian celebrities whose faces cannot sell anything, including their own songs and movies—yet they claim to have millions of fans and on top of it, well vested brands.

For some reason, I think the misplaced understanding of the concept of branding among our Ghanaian celebrities rests on the assumption that, dressing in fine clothes and having people LIKE your facebook pages means you have a well glued together brand, with enviable prospects—and yet, they will struggle to get Auntie Munni’s wakyee for free, using their brands.

Can the Women Tie Up the Weaves Before the Love Making Starts? | That Awkward Moment When You End Up Kissing with Hair All in Your Mouth…

black couple in bed

I’ve been told I should quit the anti-weave crusade since I am never going to WIN—and I’ve also realized there is no way today’s Black women are going to let go their much admired long hair, permanently borrowed from dead Asian corpses. For those who believe theirs is not from dead corpses, at least we can all agree they are from some ignorant worshipers at the other side of the world.

Since men are not going to win the weave race, can we at least make a little request that would somewhat make us feel a little better while women continue to find their pride and beauty under someone’s unwanted hair?

Look, we understand beauty has been redefined and the longer the weave, the prettier you become in the eyes of others. And we also understand the ease argument as well—that is, it is far easier and comfortable to rock/maintain a weave than to rock/maintain a natural hair.

Of course some of us have defined our grounds that we will never buy the weave but surely, we will compromise on living in the same room with the weaves (as if we have a choice)—and also, throw the false complements even though we don’t actually mean them or give a hoot.

If we are doing all these for you so that you can freely nurture your confidence and beauty under someone’s hair, all we ask for is to at least keep our food out of touch from the weaves and when it is that bed time, please push the weaves off the mouth area…

It is a game spoiler to romantically push your lips against layers of weaves when you know the true origin —it always reminds some of us of that poor dead girl in Mongolia, pushing her hair into our mouths. Totally disgusting!

Being Educated in Ghana Makes You as Dumb as a Cockroach

Education in Ghana
Education in Ghana

There isn’t any well capturing definition of education out there that I’ve come across—and not that I have not seen several of them. The problem is; the structure, meaning and substance of education changes with the tick of time. But this seems not to be the case for that hell of thing we call education in Ghana.

If pushed to the wall, I would opt to define education as; the acquisition of knowledge and valuable skills, socialisation and moral development—with discipline being the cornerstone…

Socrates was right when he made the assertion; “knowledge is virtue” and this perfectly makes a greater number of “Ghanaian educates” virtuous but less skilful and valuable, as our educational system is very much about acquisition of knowledge through the mastering of dead men theories and arguments—leaving behind critical thinking and analysis.

Throughout my Education in Ghana (to College level), I did not see any drastic shift in teaching and learning methods when in fact, there ought to have been as I progressed. What is expected at each stage of the educational ladder must be different and I am not talking about the complexity of what is being taught and learned. I am referring to how the impacting and consuming have to take place.

In Charles Dickens’ 1854 published “Hard Times”, he states among other things that children must be parked with as much knowledge as possible as this gives room to both character and sound education. That is children, but this is how I feel I was treated throughout, during my education in Ghana.

I wouldn’t want to hear the lack of facility argument because to be frank, we do not have exceptionally poor educational facilities in Ghana, it is our teaching methods, understanding of education and learning methods that somewhat makes us leave the various openly praised educational courtyards as dumb as cockroaches.

You can call it bragging but I must say, I had my College education at one of the best Senior High Schools in Ghana-Adisadel College, and I left there with a distinction. Now you want to know what this distinction meant I knew?

I could recite the whole Economic text book; I could make good Albert Venn Dicey photocopying arguments—word for word as written in the Government text book. I studied Geography and had an A there too, which meant, I was walking around at the time with a mirror version of Bennett’s mind—not that I perfectly understood any of the structures, developments and arguments in Geography.

When it came to my last Elective subject which was Elective Mathematics, I had to remember various “mathematical formulas” though I did not understand how most of these formulas came to be. I just had to know the strict formulas and make little alterations with different numbers when there is a problem to be solved.

This was what I was expected to do; my friends who went to Opoku Ware, Mfanstipim School, Yaa Asantewaa Girls, Achimota School and the many great schools in Ghana had to do the same. In fact, that is how things used to be then and I doubt if anything has changed today. This was the same way we excelled from Primary to College, nothing in the methods changed except the content.

Ironically, those who were obtaining what I call “real education” were the least respected on campus—and I mean, the Vocational or Visual Art students. These students could do a lot with their hands and were expected to understand how things work. They were exceptionally creative, worked as a team, mostly using their own initiatives but the system was unfair to them to the extent that, most were not proud of what they were studying and they hated the methods. Some of my friends who were studying such courses were often caught lying to girls about what they were indeed studying—that was how deep they had to go to stay relevant. When in fact, they were the true winners…

Who Takes Over From Jackie Appiah? | Christabel Ekeh, Joselyn Dumas, Kafui Danku or WHO?

blank
Jackie Appiah and Director-Shirley Frimpong Manso

I was sent a link to a Hollywood Reporter article which looked at how Hollywood is struggling to find the next Denzel Washington (a major black movie star), now that Denzel is being faded out as a result of old age.

I couldn’t miss the connection and the fact that the Ghanaian Movie Industry is somewhat in the same pickle, although caused by a different element. While Denzel Washington, 59 is at the edge of dropping from the big roles as the only standing black actor due to old age, Will Smith, 45 and Eddie Murphy, 53 cannot be said to be perfect stand-in candidates considering their ages too, the article noted.

Jackie Appiah and Denzel Washington may not have anything in common, except that they can both call themselves actors—even with that, one acts for a third world movie industry which struggles to sell its movies to its own people, while the other is a box office champion with an undisputed international status.

The truth is; Jackie Appiah has held the Ghanaian Movie Industry together with her face and acting (even if we find her acting substandard) for many years—and calling her the true face of the contemporary Ghana Movie Industry would not be a far-fetched rank. Perhaps, she is the most bankable Ghanaian actress—even as of today.

I do not have the exact total number of awards she has to her name but I am yet to meet anyone who will disagree with me that she holds more awards than that of any two of her colleagues put together. She has done it all—-from the strict VCD days to the booming era of movie premieres that took over the capital cities, Jackie Appiah was the poster girl.

There was a time most film-makers couldn’t imagine taking the risk of shooting a movie without having her as their lead—not simply because she was exceptionally good but because, she brought in the sales and having her face on your movie guaranteed a smile to the bank.

Though she could not score any great point with her brand, she remains the strongest, well-kept and untainted Ghanaian Movie star brand we’ve seen in recent times—and she has enjoyed the spark of glamour more than even those who rejuvenated the industry she later became part of…

MUST READ: ‘The Irony of the Oppressed Also Being the Oppressor’ | Black People Must RE-THINK!

Rethink
Rethink

At Primary School and College, I came across the biological phenomenon of ‘Food Chain’ where one animal’s survival in terms of food is the other, and the former is somehow the food for another—this chain can go on for fairly long.

With extensive knowledge on Human Rights and as a growing Human Rights activist, I recently pulled myself together to consider the intolerance nature of some Black people, especially Africans and how we seek not to regard the human rights of certain minorities—because we find the actions of these people religiously or morally corrupt. And that was when this hit my nerve, “the irony in the oppressed, somewhat being the oppressor”.

Throughout history, Black people have been subjected to different layers and eras of abuse, with their human rights being disregarded in most instances, some for as long as 245 years—and I am talking about slavery.

Even today, Black people including Africans are at the end of discrimination, racism and all sort of unfavourable treatments. Women in general continue to be oppressed in many societies. A woman I respect a lot once told me “Chris, being Black may be hard but being a Black African woman is harder”.

From the day the Second World War ended and even before that, various Human Right Laws have been put in place to protect human beings from other human beings—-very absurd but necessary.

I am a strong sceptic of the “State of Nature” theory of Thomas Hobbes and the many other legal philosophers who tow Hobbes’ line that, human beings are naturally brutish and left to our own without any form of “Social Contract”; we will probably kill each other. But the intolerance nature of some people, especially Black Africans somewhat confirms Hobbes may have a point.

Under the current UN Human Rights jurisdiction, Black people fall under “protected characteristics”. It is a violation of our Human Rights and Human Dignity to be subjected to slavery, to be discriminated against by virtue of our race, to be oppressed or treated in any lesser way as a result of our origin, ethnicity, religion or disability.

We shout and scream-Human Rights anytime we feel our rights are being infringed on—-but we forget that, with a right comes a corresponding duty.

As Black People (Ghanaians) protected by Human Rights Law, we are also under a duty to respect the rights of other people protected by the same Human Rights Law, without citing religious and moral justifications. The tension between Law and Morality is a whole discipline on its own and I do not want to go into that—at least not for today.

In my little corner, as much as I have a strong revulsion for religion and its position on the human calendar, I advocate for and will forever defend people’s right to religion—but then, same people I fight for their right to having religion or manifestation of their religion, will never accept or defend my right to criticize religion.

Black people in many cases fall within “a protected group” whose Human Rights must be respected by all, but we continue to disrespect the Human Rights of others, on the grounds that, these Human Rights conflict with our moral or religious stances. Forgetting that, some people may actually be able to disregard our Human Rights on their own moral or religious grounds too. Where will this leave us then?

In the same protected group of people that Black People fall within and so much cherish the rights accorded to us in there, we have homosexuals and disable persons. But when you look around Black People today, we treat the rights of these people (homosexuals and disable persons) disgustingly and many of us do not even recognise their rights.

I have heard many people under many instances say, Homosexuality is evil, it is against God, it is a sin and they will never respect the rights of people who engage in such acts. Such people take my mind to the little community in East Africa or even just in Northern Ghana, where being a disable is not from God, having a disable child is a sin or curse and as such all disable persons are treated with contempt—if not killed at infancy.

When People Pathetically Confuse Religious Rock Stars for Pastors, Bishops & Prophets | God is the New Hitler and Stalin…

Heaven

The God hypothesis is one of the most brain twisting ‘propaganda doctrines’ being paraded by those racking in millions of cash, to the detriment of their dogmatic followers who are born in a 21st century but believe salvation for themselves and family is found in some ancient mythical books such as the Bible, Torah and the Quran.

Obviously, the God these Religious Rock Stars sell transcends reason and as such, those who believe in this God must not attempt to apply reason to HIS ways or means of operation. Absurdly, for one to serve such an all Knowing, Merciful, Peaceful, Just and Omnipresent dictator called God, the person must suspend his or her thinking faculty since the best of minds cannot even be used to understand the mystical ways of this God. What then did this God give us goddam brains for—I always ask!

We’ve in the past seen a lot of unimaginable atrocities being committed in the name of Hitler, Stalin and others—and today, God is the new name for those who want to cheat their follow human beings and also for those who want to go on to commit atrocities, backed by a promise of making it first to heaven, despite the non-existence of any evidence that such a place or thing even exists.

Sadly, a lot of people cannot see behind the veil of these Religious Rock Stars with undeserving and valueless titles like, Bishops, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and others. And as such, they spend each time of  their lives seeking for what does not exist while neglecting to use their independent thinking faculties to assess what is thrown at them.

It is not a coincidence that the poorest people in the world are found on the continent of Africa, where the God hypothesis reigns, despite the fact that this hypothesis promises good living, wealth, health and peace. But as always, those championing the belief in a divine dictator called God continue to buy expensive cars, private jets and live like Kings while their followers who have become sheep continue to wallow in stupidity and poverty. I am not the one saying this, it is the obvious.

People like me wouldn’t be much bothered with what some people decide to do with their lives—and that includes; if they decide to pray for 23 hours a day, give all their monies to some Men of God or belief in a non-existing heaven brought to them my some false scriptures with no relevance today. But it bothers us when through this same God hypothesis, children are being killed, poverty is being perpetuated, innocent people are being bombed and critical thinking/reasoning is being undermined for absurdity to take over…

Who wants to live in such a world, all because some Religious Rock Stars want to continue with their greedily pursuit of wealth tolerated by a flock that glorifies itself in miracles instead of reality, opt for faith instead of evidence and graciously accept not to use their thinking faculties to question the God hypothesis but just obey.

In the face of the daily emerging evidence, a greater number of the world population especially the less educated and the poor camped in Africa continue to worship a celestial God, just as it was done some far centuries ago, when any sort of development and science hardly existed. Just as people of the ‘Stone Age’ used to look into the sky and pray for divine intervention, some people of today uplift their hands and ignore reality—and continue to ask a heavenly father to intervene in their lives.
