While Kim Kardashian and a host of global celebrities are cashing in on instagram with reputable brands paying them millions of dollars to drop words about their products and services ( a genuine reason to fight for followers), our bunch of Ghanaian lunatics, mostly born ones and born twos without traces of the men who fathered their babies literally spend 24 hours on instagram, doing nothing productive.
When the whites find themselves under our heat If a person steps out anywhere in Europe or America in winter in a vest, that person would without further examination be deemed insane. Similarly, if you wear just a vest and a boxer in your house in a cold winter and puts your heaters on blast to keep yourself warm, you would be deemed stupid at best, lunatic at worst. The relationship between what people wear and the climate they find themselves in is well established and it’s never up for debate. Of course, unless you live in Ghana and several of the African countries where people dress not according to the weather but in direct opposite to what’s reasonably expected. For ‘God’ knows how long, westerners have succeeded in brainwashing Africans to accept that their way of dressing is corporate, decent and should be desired—even when this is mainly grounded in the sort of weather they find themselves in. Interestingly, irrespective of our educational superiority or sense of pride, we buy into this absurd instruction from a group of people whose dressing manual is meant for themselves under a specific weather. They even alter it based on weather. I’ve seen several Ghanaians torturing themselves in “trotro”, wearing black suits with ties entangled around their necks and sweating stupidly as if they’ve just landed from Antarctica. Mostly, they do not have a choice because the insane corporate convention they find themselves in demand that they behave as lunatics and without enough bargaining powers to alter this setting, they are compelled to act as such. For the poor who just wants to work and make some sort of honest earning, it’s double tragedy—antagonise yourself in a suit under the scorching sun and travel to and from office in “oven” cars or buses.

Let me also state thatI do notin anyway envy Bishop Obinim,although I must admit there is a lot about him to be envious of; the guy is the only surviving angel on earth,has a pretty wife, drives fancy cars, wears fashionable cloths,runs errands with Jesus himself at night, and even more remarkably can turn into any kind of animal at the snap of a finger.
Even though according toBishop Obinim, he has been into ministry for well over 20 years. His name however became a household name some time around 2011, when news about him sleeping with the wife of one of his junior pastors hijacked the airwaves.
It all started when Bishop Obinim having become increasingly disappointed and frustrated with the quality of service and most importantly the quality of product his wife was offering him in the bedroom, decided that it was time to review his options. The process to find a new ‘service provider’ wasinstigated in earnest.
Considering how desperate the situation was,the good Bishop thought it would be wise to promote someone in-house to occupy the vacant position. The lucky one was a lady by the name Gifty Fobi, who as fate will have it happened to be the wife of one of the junior pastors.It didn’t take too long for the new mistress to sweep Bishop Obinim off his feet.
In an allegedrecordedphone conversation, he admitted to his mistress that he enjoys having sex with her because she was more sexually appealing compared to his wife. He went further to state that since he started having sex with her it’s been difficult for him to enjoy sex with his wife. Appalling right? Well not for the man of God.
In an interview on the Delay Show, Obinim mentioned that sleeping with the wife of hisjunior pastor wasn’t a bad thing after all. According to him, prior to the sex incident, his congregationthought he wasn’t human, this predicament was however a reminder to them that he was human after all and not an Angel.Yes, just a man with testicles that need to be emptied every now and then.
Not too long after this disgraceful sex incident, Bishop Obinim together with his bunch of tugs ( he calls them junior pastors) stormed the premises of Hot Fm.They breached the security gate, walked straight into the studios, interrupted a live program and demanded the head of whoever has been insulting the Bishop on air.
Afraid for their lives, both radio host and his panelist decided to plead the 5th. Unsatisfied with the silent treatment he got, he proceeded to vent his spleen on the equipments in the studios. Tearingthings apartwith his bare hands and the ones he couldn’t break with his hands, he had a crowbar handy to finish off the job. All this while his able assistant vandals were busy cheering him on and waiting for the green light to extract their pound of flesh.
Once he was tired, he handed over the crowbar to one of his assistant pastors and he gleefully continued from where his boss left off. The others looked on in envy, praying he doesn’t destroy everything so they can at least also have their own turn.
Anyone who tried to intervene was quickly rounded up and served a hefty cocktail of slaps and punches. Not even the security guy who most likely had a pot belly, could stop them. The local police were called in, they managed to calm tempers somehow and escorted the Bishop and his junior pastors out of the premises.
Nothing survived the wrath of the Bishop and his hoodlums, not even the picture of Jesus which hanged on the walls of the studio. Their little play in the park, left behind millions of cedis worth of damages, a few broken limbs and a very satisfied Obinim.
As was expected, the case landed in court. But unlike Jesus Christ who could notescape the charges pressed against him by the Roman Empire, Angel Obinim walked out of the court a free man. How on earth he escaped that case unscathed still tickles my curiosity. Maybe my feelings are far fetched. This is a man who has raised people from the dead, it shouldn’t be too difficult to conjure tubers of yam and herds of sheep from the heavens.
You dare not question the ways of God’s very own servant if you do not want to invoke the never flaming out and vile wrath of God on your already miserable life. The thing is this man appears in dreams, he can transform into any animal that has ever walked this earth—what more evidence do you need to stay away from such a callous person.
Over the years , the major Bishop and “revered” Angel of God Daniel Obinim has taken us on a jolly but pathetic and utmostly insane ride on his affairs. Most times I look at him and see a mentally deranged man who is controlling a circus and sadly no one has the balls to instigate an action contrary to what is being taught for the fear of been penalised and who knows what else.
Am I the only who sees or think that the National Service Scheme is slavery and sheer exploitation of fresh graduates wearing the guise of service to the nation?. I mean “how did we cook it and it did not cook well”— I hope whoever that has the head seat on the National Service table sees this letter I decided to pen. It is a rather long letter but read to the very end dear reader!. Dear NSS Boss, Whoever you are , I hope you are happy with yourself and your conscience is as unremorseful as the brothel owner who sings songs of praises to thank the Lord for a lucrative night(come to think of it,do you even have a conscience). I don’t even understand how you are able to look yourself in the mirror knowing the discomfort and laden your office has imprinted in the hearts and on the backs of fresh graduates who are looking forward to hustle their way through the winding Ghanaian economy. As if being in and completing school wasn’t enough hurdle to jump over.

Afia Schwarzenegger’s house Police were called to a chaotic scene at the house Afia Schwarzenegger is said to have been occupying illegally at Haatso this morning—an eye witness told GhanaCelebrities.Com. A few days ago, UK based-Godson Yaw Boakye stated in an interview with GhanaCelebrities.Com explained how Afia Schwarzenegger has over stayed her welcome in his property—2 months stay he granted her to help her find a place when her Landlady secured a court eviction order to kick her out has painfully turned to a 3 year stay. Godson mentioned that, for the 3 years that Afia Schwarzenegger has been staying in his property, she has never paid any rent—accumulating about 21,000 dollars in unpaid rent. Though we are told proceedings are in court to secure an eviction order to throw Afia Schwarzenegger out, the delay is frustrating the property owners (Godson and his brother) and they seem to be tying to kick Afia out as quickly as they can. It’s campaign season in Ghana—sort of Cocoa season for the political farmers and this celebrity is said to have quickly tapped into the pockets of those who matter such that he has gotten a good deal for all the insults he/she will receive for the rest of his or her life. In fact, we are told this particularly celebrity is behind the veil recruiting other celebrities for the political cause—telling them that, all the politicians are the same and they are all greedy bastards. So instead of supporting any political party on an empty stomach, why don’t you do so with your belly and bank account full?
