Someone Lied to US: KKD and the Rape Victim Did Not Leave the Event/Hotel Hand in Hand As Previously Reported & Shown in A CCTV Video…

Do you remember a video which was published by Starr Fm some weeks ago showing Kwesi Kyei Darkwah and his alleged rape victim- Ms Ewuraffe Orleans-Thompson kissing at the African Regent Hotel lobby—and after, we saw the two of them walking outside (the video claimed that was after the sex and they left the hotel/event together).

It seems we were lied to—according to KKD’s own police statement which you can read below, this was not the case.

After the alleged rape, KKD did not see Ms Ewuraffe Orleans-Thompson again that night; so it seems she was not happy about what happened as every normal person who has been raped would—and went straight to the police station

KKD in his statement to the police said, after the event, he went about looking for Ms Ewuraffe Orleans-Thompson and it was during his search for her that the police came for his butt…

KKD’s Alleged Victim Was A VIRGIN…

KKD was in Court yesterday and as we reported, his rape case has been transferred to the High Court—despite arguments and efforts by his lawyer Anthony Forson to have the case dismissed on the grounds that the alleged victim-Orleans Thompson has already written to express her dis-interest in the case.

At Court yesterday, it was revealed by the prosecutor that, the victim-Orleans Thompson was a VIRGIN—and that, after the alleged rape, medical report in their hands indicates that she was bleeding…

According to the State Prosecutor -Malike Woanya, Ms. Orleans Thompson was not sexually active before KKD allegedly forcefully got his way with her.

It was also revealed that, there were blood in the hotel’s washroom which KKD gave the victim a tissue to clean—and even after the act, KKD promised to give her a ‘morning after pill’ to prevent any pregnancy.

KKD’s Rape Case Transferred to High Court | Trial Starts On March 18

Kwesi Kyei Darkwah’s alleged rape case has today been transferred to the High Court for trail—despite the fact that his lawyer-Anthony Forson argued that the case should be dismissed.

At the Kanieshie District Court today presided over by justice Adjoa Akyamaa, the court transferred the case to the High Court after the prosecutor read the bill of indictment.

KKD’s lawyer had wanted the case not to be transferred, rather be dismissed—arguing that the State wouldn’t be able to make a case at the High Court since the key alleged victim has already expressed her dis-interest in the case. Here, the lawyer pulled out the letter written by the alleged victim some weeks ago and read it to the judge.

Kwesi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) was in Court this morning still in relation to his alleged rape charges—and when he thought everything was working to his favour, the State has insisted on prosecuting him for rape even though the alleged victim has written a letter to the Attorney General to express her dis-interest in case which many thought would have led to the case being dropped.

In Court today, Wilberforce Asare mentioned that the State Prosecutors are not discontinuing the trial and as such requested for one week to enable them serve KKD with a bill of indictment and summary of evidence for trial to commence…

KKD Rape Accuser Not Interested in the Rape Case & Blames Public Bashing of Her as the Reason | An Indication that Something is Deeply WRONG With Our Societies

In almost all the advanced countries in the world, a staggering 90-95% of rape cases are not reported per countless studies—-due to how victims are treated by society once they come out and Ghana is even worse.

It’s therefore not shocking that the young 19 year old girl- Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson who reported Ghanaian radio personality-Kwesi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) for allegedly raping her has expressed her dis-interest in the case, citing the way she has and continues to be treated by society as the reason.

Society has made her life hell since she told the police about what KKD is alleged to have done to her. According to Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson, since the incident, she cannot even step out of her house without people throwing all manner of insults at her or pointing fingers her way…

According to reports, a two page letter dated January 12 from Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson which she addressed to the Director of Public Prosecutions at the Attorney-General’s Department and copied into it the Chief Justice, the Registrar of the High Court and others, stated the public and media attacks on her person as her reasons for not being interested.

She called these attacks on her person insensitive—adding that, since her report, her life has become torture clothed in harsh gossip and insults by people.

She is reported to have stated in the letter that, she is currently receiving counselling from her church, certain elders and she wants to put this behind her to move on with her life—as she hopes God will heal her.

When Miss Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson alleged that KKD had raped her, about 10 different people came out claiming to have in the past also been sexually assaulted or raped by KKD—but they all cited their fear of societal backlash as the reason why they couldn’t even tell anyone let alone the police about these sexual assaults.

We are beyond shocked out here at GhanaCelebrities.Com with the many allegations from women who say they have been sexually assaulted or raped by KKD (Kwesi Kyei Darkwa) who is currently in police custody for allegedly raping a 19 year girl called Effe at the African Regent Hotel in Accra over the weekend.

So far, we’ve been told several heartbreaking and shocking stories by over 7 different Ghanaian women who claim this same KKD sexually assaulted them in the past.

These stories seem to have given another woman based in Kumasi the courage to come forward with what she claims KKD did to her in 2003 at the Miklin Hotel in Kumasi…
