Mimi, Samini, Sarkodie & Co To Perform In South Africa Ahead Of World Cup

As part of the programmes to usher in the very first World Cup on the land of Africa,Mimi is billed to perform in Pretoria, South Africa. The concert is put together in collaboration with FIFA and Kofi PinkraMedia. The concert comes off on the 11th June after the World Cup opening ceremony on the 10th June 2010.

The concert which is a World Cup celebration would be broadcast by FIFA on some selected channels in the world. There will be exclusive interviews after the concert.

The Ghana Music Awards 2010 ‘Discovery of the Year’ nominee is the only female to perform on the night. However, she will share the big stage with fellow Ghanaians Samini, Sarkodie, Castro Destroyer, Praye and from South Africa Jozi Jozi.

GhanaCelebrities.Com will publish exclusive pictures of the concert after the show. The first World Cup in South Africa will last a month and commences on the 11th of June to 11th July.

Ghana is in group D alongside Serbia, Australia and Germany. The Black Stars will commence their campaign with the Serbians on the 13th June, welcome the Australians on the 19th and slot it out with the Germans in the last group match on the 23rd of June.

    like i said, i dont fancy her music. i first heard her song in about ’07 and i was not amused. whats up with giving me her resume? are you set out to try and prove something?
