It is not often that I am on time when I make plans to meet my friends for the movies, café or a night out. This time I was very much on time for our movie plans, with about 30mins ahead of our schedule. I decided to go to the nearest café right across the street and wait for my friends. I found some magazines when I went to order a hot chocolate.
I noticed that Tiger Wood’s “hot stuff” is still hot. Poor man I said to myself, although my heart goes to the wife and kids the most. The café was almost empty as it was getting to the closing time. I sat at the corner to enjoy my hot chocolate when I heard two women having a conversation about a mutual friend.
Their friend has found out about her cheating husband. These women were conversing in a very low voice, but little did they know that my ears are very sharp. My phone interrupted my attention from the conversation. I couldn’t even finish my hot drink. My friends had arrived before time and so went to join them for the cinema. I couldn’t stop thinking of the conversation while crossing the street. I hurried up to my friends. My first question I asked my friends before they could say hello was,
“Would you leave your husband or boyfriend if you discover he has cheated on you and now the woman is having his baby”?
I told my friends about the conversation I heard at the café and wondered what they would have done if they were in that woman’s shoes. So now I am asking GhanaCelebrities.Com readers the same question. Do you think partners should get divorce in a situation like this? I mean marriage is about for better and for worse as much as being faithful. That is what the vow is right?

No matter how ma husband do me. I wil drop da bastard like a bad habit! i wudt undastd y he shud cheat on me. Wen i gv it to him on a daily basis. And shes pregnant? dat wil evn make it so damn worst! i wudt do anything to da woman, no. My problem is da man. Unles i pushed him to, as in my behavour and da way i treat him. Evn dat………
Ummm no, its not always that your hubby cheats on you or have a baby outside the marriage that u have to leave,. Sometimes if the marriage is repairable u need to work it out, but if the situation is like the tiger wood situation when he cheats with woman after woman then I feel u have to move on, a close friend of mine is going thru a situation right now where the hubby cheated and the girl is preggers but becos the marriage is repairable she has decided to stay and work out their problems which I respect, sometimes too when a hubby or bf cheats on u with a skanky or say a girl who sleeps around it very hard to take him back with all the diseases out these days who wants to sleep with a man whore.
I could not stay with a husband who sleeps around with other women. That makes me sick to my stomach. If a man cheats on me, I will automatically feel as if im not good enough. What has this woman or these women have over me? And then to have a baby by that person? ahhh….its bad enough if it is a stranger, but if they were to go back to an ex I would feel twice as worse. That is the ultimate betrayal for me, since they are two of the most intimate things you can share with your spouse-expressing physical love and making babies together. Hmmm…..i have tried to get past that before, but all i could think about was some other woman touching them the way I did, and them being unfaithful to me, and i could never get past that, and so it didnt work out. Now, im soooo glad it didnt anyway. Sometimes love hurts!
@KTGalloway, Agreed KT. Neither will many men like me stick around with a woman who sleeps around. On this issue the door swings both ways.
