Time to localize Viasat1. In a space of two months, August and September, Viasat1, the best entertainment television station in Ghana is set to roll on our screens two locally produced productions. These new productions are ‘Laugh A Minute’ and ‘The One Show’.

The former will be a hilarious daily family show, which will feature funny clips around the world. The show will be hosted by David Oscar, an up coming comedian in Ghana. There will be original Ghanaian moments. 27th September 2010 is schedule for the premiere.

And the latter will be hosted by the former presenter of Rhymes on GTV Joselyn Dumas. This show according to the host will discuss interesting subjects about family, friendship, fashion, relationships and other topical issues which affect the lives of Ghanaians. This will be premiered on 2nd August 2010 for the latter.

Yester night saw what was supposed to be Big Brother Africa’s first eviction when to the contrary, Big Brother had earlier announced of an eviction free week.

To the amazement of the House, Big Brother who can change the rules of the game as to when and how, decided to go back on his words of  “no eviction” to kick out  Kaone – a Radio Producer  from Botswana and  29 year old Tatiana-Tv Presenter & Actress from Angola.

Prior to exiting the Big Brother house, the two evictees were given daggers to throw at any house mate of their preference. Tatiana threw hers at South African rep-Lerato and Kaone threw his dagger at Uti from Nigeria.
