2011 is here and surely one thing is on my mind. If you have the same mind and want as me, then come and join the fan club. 2010 saw the marriage of my little sister and though I was and have been excited for her, It brought intense pressure on me.
Family members and friends kept looking at my face like I am some weirdo on the wedding day, followed by messages such as “ you are next”, “we are praying for you and you will marry soon”.
The messages of most of the people asking God for a man for me kept pouring in non-stop the entire year as if they know the man I want in my life. I wonder what they tell God to give me in their prayers. I embraced all their prayers with a hypocritical AMEN.
2010 is gone and the man has not come my way. I am still waiting and praying for that Mr Right so this year, it is all about meeting that man. I have been told on several occasions that I look angry from my looks even though I may be in a happy mood.
I guess my facial expression is the one sending the men away. I do not personally think my face looks like “ I am the bad chick, come and you will see” but I will put on more smiles this year and see if wonders happen.
My New Year’s resolution is putting up a simpler and happier face to help meet the Mr Right. What is yours?
I do not want the likes of Kwabena Kwabena to come my way, marry me and divorce me within a year so I have been a bit picky with the men. I hardly honoured any date invitation last year.
For this year, I will open up more and take the risk. I still will not do broke guys though! What is your New Year resolution?
My one is to meet sassychick lol just joking my new year resolution is to be in GH for good end of this year been away for too long and invest in my business make it go global

i gained 35 kilo lastyear which is 77 pounds i want 2 lose all that weight before i go back to ghana in july. otherwise people will be calling me obolo in gh which i dont like to hear!

What’s good Bruh. That a nice resolution man and I was wondering what kind of business you wanna take it backhome. A lot of friends and homies went backhome right before the Christmas holiday to survey the motherland because of the oil which was started last week Wednesday. Majority of them are saying Ghana is really, really on top and if you have a good business your life is better than living in North America or London, U.K.

Good point Mother, but don’t you think it will be great for us all as users of this site to come to a common understanding that insults are not the way forward than myself or anyone on the team forcefully doing this by monitoring and deleting insulting comments?
I think everyone who comes here is reasonable enough to know that there is a vast difference between constructive criticisms and insults. Disagreeing with each other is just a sign of going forward.
I see most people disagreeing with my articles and write ups, I do not come back to insult them even though after sitting down to write a lengthy article, they just spend 1 min to trash it. Yet, these same people cannot stand one another just becos they do not agree with their comment.
Here will be a great place to visit and read from if we all appreciate the importance of diverse opinion rather than me deleting comments which are insulting…

1. I said, it is sad that people result to insult when they disagree…
2. People have to learn to criticise constructively and stop insulting, that is the way forward, rather than me forcefully deleting derogatory comments.
3. I also said that, everyone here is old or reasonable enough to know that there is a vast difference between insults and having diverse opinion. The latter is what we prefer to be exchanged here and not the former…
I never stated that insults are important or they mean that people are disagreeing or anything you stated above…

Mother, we will all like it as you want it. None of us love to see insults on here but what is the way forward? The only viable way forward is for these people to stop the insults, accommodate the diverse opinion of others, rather than resulting to insults…
It is sad to read attacks and insults from one end to the other…

Mother I think you need to browse more there is a big difference between facebook and ghanacelebrities facebook is more social multi cultural website world wide keep that in mind ghanacelebrities is based in Africa only but I guess we often get people from other African countries on here but like u stated the reason why your complaining than I will tell u this mother open your eyes quite well than cause maybe your following too many comments of mine than there is more and worse people that insult as well but yet this is all fun we can’t be coming here talk serious and that’s it and I will surely nit sit there for someone too insult me and let it go just like that maybe the way you where brought up is different from how we talk no one seeend to really have problem with it apart from you than everybody comes here and speaks his mind and goes it’s the same like going to a saloon chop bar or any other place
