It was the remarkable 5^th edition of Citizen Kofi’s ‘THE COMEDY SHOW’ which was patronized by very high officials, The  former President  J. A. Kuffuor and the Thank God It’s Friday (TGIF) host K.S.M, who were all  seated waiting to be tickled with comedy and mesmerized with sensational poetry.

The night witnessed very great comedians from the Ghana Comedians Network; a group spearheaded by David Oscar featuring talents such as Funny Face, Foster, Nii Tettey, Percy, David Aglah and lastly the Sexy comedian DKB.

About an hour and a half into the show the sexy comedian  was introduced to rock the stage and as usual he entered with his sig tune “I wanna rock right now” in his version “I wanna fool right now”, this version always gets the audience smiling before he would utter a word, he started with an observation he made of poets reciting poems in English and Akuapim and he enquired how a poem  about owing someone would be in Ga, well your guess was right-full of insults and beatings.

He continued with a review 2010; talking about how the president’s pronunciation error was converted into a chart banger that you would never miss at funerals, parties, outdoorings etc.  With hip-hop and Francophone versions even to the extent of a worship version for “Ecomini”. The earthquake rumour in 2010 that made people sleep outside till morning was not left  out as he was surprised Ghanaians believed the earthquake would  strike linking it to the fact that an earthquake strikes like an unexpected fart out of your bottoms with a loud sound it makes you embarrassed especially when  pretty ladies are watching you, he further went on to dissect fart analysis that- there a 3 classes of farts : 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd classes and that the lower the class the louder the sound, you can probably figure out the class you belong for fart purposes?

The above contents he performed about got Kuffuor and KSM in uncontrollable laughter that made them congratulate him for a very good showmanship. It was a great night for the old and young as there was good ambiance amidst a splendid show, but DKB has only one word for Ghanaians that they should watch out for great comedians from the Ghana comedians Network with one of its products being Funny Face the “get your swag on” man.
