Ghanaian Nominees Receive Nomination Letters For Nollywood & African Film Critics’ Awards (NAFCA) 2011!

Some of the nominees for the maiden edition of the Nollywood & African Film Critics’ Awards (NAFCA) have been presented with their Nomination Letters to confirm their nominations in the awards scheduled for September 2011 in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. The awards will be an annual event.

The awards will take place on the 16th and 17th September at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel and Convention Centre, Durham will be hosted by Ghana’s Best Actor Majid Michel.

The Nollywood and African Film Critics’ Awards have put together the best of events for the first time in the history of Africa to celebrate Africa film makers in America.

NAFCA has also recognized top dignitaries by nominating the likes of President Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Nelson Mandela, President Bill Clinton and President Goodluck Jonathan for life time achievement Awards.

This year’s awards promise the biggest gathering of African movie makers across Africa and the Diaspora. GhanaCelebrities.Com hopes all the nominees from Ghana will triumph on the awards day.
