Big Brother Stargame Update: Guys Banned From Girls' Room!

blank
This morning, Lady May banned the boys from the ‘girls’ bedroom and promised to never enter the ‘boys’ room either.
Lady May told Roki, who was watching Maneta brush her teeth, that he shouldn’t have entered their room earlier in the morning. Roki had gone into their room to check on Maneta.
“It can’t be a boys chilling room,” Lady May insisted. Maneta couldn’t help laughing at Lady May’s sudden assertion. “But there’s Zainab and Goldie,” Maneta queried. However, Lady May had made up her mind and concluded; “No boys allowed.”

Buk Bak ‘Kolomise’ Bow Wow & Keri Hilson Historic Stand UP GH Concert!

Bright Bling Bling Sparkles and Ronny Coaches of Buk Bak'kolomising' the patrons

Patrons who flocked the Dome of the Accra International Conference last Saturday to be part of the Stand UP GH concert headlined by singer Keri Hilson and rapper Bow Wow did not only enjoy wonderful performances from the two American artistes, but left the venue with memories that will live with them for ages (I will touch on that in the latter part of this review).
Having already hosted a show that brought together the two adversaries in the Ghanaian political landscape and also the older folks, Imajin Advertising put up this show to cater for the needs of the younger generation.
Their first ever show, Legends & Legacy Ball which was used to honour arguably one of the best High Life musicians – Daddy Lumba was seen by many as a show for senior citizens. Rightly so, the show attracted and generated interest in mostly old folks who had lived their life with DL’s wonderfully composed songs.
Performing in Ghana for the first time on Saturday, Bow Wow wowed the patrons with a staggering and energy filled performance. Bow Wow proved that he can indeed rock. Same can’t be said of the main headline artiste, Keri Hilson – though she didn’t disappoint, her performance fits the ‘ordinary’ description. blank
Before Wow/Hilson, local artistes such as Chemphe, Rana, Kaakie, Kwaw Kese, Edem, Guru and Buk Bak had warmed with crowd with ‘mixed’ performances. Some of their performances were just too ordinary and forgettable whiles the rest gave the audience their monies worth.
Before the show, the organisers had announced that, the show will start at 8pm and end at 12midnight. The idea of having a 4 hour show was welcomed but certainly not practical. For whatever reason, there was no red carpet for interviews and photos, so GhanaCelebrities.Com had to move from the auditorium to the backstage to grab exclusive photos as we wait for the start of the event.

Motivational Message Of The Week: You Are Unhappy In Life Because You Want To Be…

blank
It may sound ridiculous to be told that you are unhappy in life because you have decided to be so. No matter how unthinkable this sounds, that is the reality of life.
Life has its own problems and accidents which we do not have any control over. The results of these events can be exceptionally depressing and will dwell with us for as long as well allow it.
What we cannot control are the uncertain happenings of life-be it positive or negative. However, we have the ability to determine how long the aftermath dwells and sadden our entire existence.
Your happiness in life is entrusted into your own hands. People will behave as they prefer towards you.  People and things will continue to disappoint you. The pains of your struggles together with the actions and omissions of others will pierce deep into your heart, but that is as far as it can get.
For these things to undermine your total existence and shadow your happiness, you have to allow them to take over your strength and time.
A happy person in life is the individual who is able to control how long he allows the misfortunes of life to live with him. Anytime such a person is hit by the storm of pain and sorrow, he bounces back quickly to look for the little opportunities scattered in close proximity by the storm.
Not far from every catastrophe lies an opportunity. It takes only the unfettered spirit to go searching for these real opportunities.
